Our warehouse team and the logistics team will be working 24/7 to get your items to you , please be assured we are doing everything we can to get your parcels to you as soon as possible.
We can not process a refund if your order has been processed (30 minutes after placing your order) ,shipped or tracking number issued but as soon as it arrives if you still no longer wish to keep the item you can return it within 14 days as per terms & conditions.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 30 minutes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-7 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you have simply changed your mind and do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused with all packaging/tags)(Refunds will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the item)
- We cannot refund swimwear,custom products or intimates.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster or customs delay).
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
